These terms govern your use of myshopperbuddy.com (the “Site”), operated by My Shopper Buddy LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is an independent shopping guide. It (a) compares products across third-party retailers and links to them, (b) sells a range of partner-brand products directly, and (c) provides an AI assistant (“Buddy”), recipes and guides. Our affiliate disclosure and editorial policy form part of these terms.

2. Third-party retailer links

Links marked Amazon or eBay take you to those retailers. Any purchase there is a contract between you and that retailer (or its seller), under its terms, prices, shipping and returns. We are not a party to those transactions and cannot see, change or refund them. Prices and availability we display for retailer listings are provided as a convenience, may be out of date, and are not offers by us.

3. Products sold by MyShopperBuddy

  • The seller of record for a direct order is the legal entity named on your receipt and order confirmation.
  • Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and tax, which are shown before you pay. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will offer you the choice to cancel if the corrected price is higher.
  • An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or limit orders, including to protect against fraud or stock errors.
  • Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our shipping and returns policies.
  • Products are food; store and use them as directed on the packaging. Product pages describe culinary characteristics only and make no health or medical claims.

4. Buddy and other AI content

Buddy’s answers and AI-assisted descriptions are generated from listing data and our catalog and may contain errors. They are general shopping information, not professional advice. Always check the product page and packaging before relying on a specification, allergen, size or price.

5. Accounts and newsletter

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in private. By subscribing to the newsletter you consent to receive marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

6. Acceptable use

You may not scrape or bulk-download the Site, interfere with its operation, submit false orders or reviews, use it for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to reverse-engineer Buddy or our scoring. We may suspend access for breach.

7. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, design, code and the MyShopperBuddy name and logo are ours or licensed to us. Partner-brand names and images are used with permission. Amazon, eBay and other retailer marks belong to their owners. You may share links to the Site freely; other reuse needs written permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site or a direct order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for products that are defective under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, except that either party may seek relief in small-claims court. Please contact us first; most issues are resolved by email within a few days.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@myshopperbuddy.com.
