Restricted and prohibited items
Not allowed under any circumstances: firearms, ammunition or weapons; explosives, fireworks or hazardous materials; tobacco, nicotine or vaping; alcohol; cannabis, hemp-derived intoxicants, kratom or controlled substances; prescription drugs or medical devices; adult or sexual content; counterfeit or unauthorized goods; gambling; endangered species or wildlife products; recalled products. Products that make health, disease or medical claims are not accepted.
Allowed only with documentation and our approval: Perishable or refrigerated food (cold-chain and state rules apply); Cosmetics and personal-care products (FDA labeling, MoCRA registration where required); Dietary supplements (FDA labeling; no disease or health claims); Electronics (FCC / safety certification); Children's products (Children's Product Certificate and third-party testing); Products carrying a California Prop 65 warning; Items that need a license or permit to sell.
Every product must be lawful to sell in the United States and in each state it ships to, and its labeling, advertising and country-of-origin statements must follow applicable federal, state and local law (including FDA, USDA, CPSC, FTC and Prop 65 rules). Partners are responsible for their own compliance. We review every listing and may decline or remove any product. See the partner agreement.
